* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * WHERE...Portions of southwest, west central, and western Maine and central, northern, and southern New Hampshire. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Expect the power outage threat to continue through the night hours into Tuesday morning in areas that have significant ice remaining on trees. Power outage threat will remain elevated in these areas as cold air and the gusty winds cause ice loaded branches to snap.

Moose Brook State Park sits in the heart of the White Mountains Region, just north of the Presidential Range in Gorham, New Hampshire. This 755-acre park, built by the Civilian Conservation Corps during the Great Depression, offers 59 campsites surrounded by unparalleled mountain scenery. The campground serves as an ideal base for exploring the region's outdoor recreation opportunities. The park features 11.6 miles of varied terrain trails perfect for hiking and mountain biking, all connecting back to Berry Farm Road. Moose Brook feeds a swimming area with cool, clear mountain water, providing a refreshing spot to relax after a day of adventure. Anglers will appreciate the park's location for fishing in both the Peabody and Moose Rivers, with Moose Brook itself running through the property before dropping over Peboamauk Fall. Located less than a mile from downtown Gorham, the park offers convenient access to supplies while maintaining a peaceful, natural setting. The pet-friendly campground includes shower facilities and is situated at an elevation of 1,070 feet, providing comfortable summer camping temperatures. The park's proximity to the Presidential Range makes it an excellent choice for hikers tackling the White Mountains' famous peaks.

From I-93: Exit 35 onto Route 3 north to Route 115 north, follow to Route 2 east and follow signs to Moose Brook State Park. From I-95: Route 16 north to Route 2 west in Gorham and follow signs to Moose Brook State Park.
