About

Fuller Grove Group Campground is a dedicated group camping area located on Lake Pillsbury within Mendocino National Forest. The campground sits in a shaded setting directly adjacent to Fuller Boat Ramp, providing convenient access for motorized boating and fishing on the lake. The site accommodates groups of up to 50 people and requires advance reservations through Pacific Gas and Electric's recreation system. The campground offers accessible facilities including picnic tables, fire rings, vault toilets, and food storage lockers for bear-country compliance. Potable water is not available on site, so groups must bring an adequate water supply. The adjacent Fuller Boat Ramp charges a $5 launch fee for lake access. Access is via US 101 north of Ukiah, then east on California Highway 20, followed by 26 miles northwest on County Road 240 (Potter Valley-Lake Pillsbury Road). Alternatively, the site can be reached through Upper Lake by traveling 31 miles north on County Road 301 (Forest Road M-1).
