About
Beaver Creek campground sits along the Beaver Creek arm of Bull Shoals Lake in the scenic Ozark Mountains of south-central Missouri. Managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, this small, quiet campground offers 33 campsites with water and electric hookups (30 and 50 amp service available). Each site features a paved parking spur, covered picnic table, fire ring with grill, and lantern post. The campground provides modern amenities including flush toilets, hot showers, a dump station, and trash collection. Recreation opportunities abound with an on-site marina, boat ramp, swimming area, and playground. The surrounding area features sturdy hardwoods and cedar glades encompassing rocky bluffs and unique rock formations. Fishing is excellent year-round, with spring and fall being prime seasons for spotted bass and crappie. Hiking, birding, water sports, and seasonal hunting are popular activities. The tourist town of Branson is about 30 minutes away for shopping, dining, and live entertainment.
Directions
From Mountain Home, AR, travel north on State Route 5 for 24 miles to US 160. Follow 160 west for 42 miles to Kissee Mills, MO to the junction of State Route O. Turn left on State Route O and follow signs to the park.
