About

Beaver Creek campground offers an escape from urban life on the shores of Bull Shoals Lake in south-central Missouri. This small Army Corps of Engineers facility features 33 campsites with electrical hookups tucked between hardwood forest and the scenic Beaver Creek arm of the lake. The campground provides modern amenities including hot showers, flush toilets, drinking water, and a dump station, along with a playground, group shelter, and on-site marina with boat ramp. The lake and surrounding Ozark Mountains create excellent opportunities for water sports, fishing, hiking, and birding. Spring and fall offer prime fishing seasons for spotted bass, crappie, and other species, though fishing remains viable year-round. The rocky bluffs and cedar glades characteristic of the region provide beautiful scenery throughout the seasons. In-season hunting is permitted in surrounding areas, and the nearby Jones Point State Wildlife Management Area offers additional wildlife viewing opportunities. The campground sits just 30 minutes from Branson's entertainment district.
