Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will be at elevations above 3500 feet between midnight tonight and 9 AM Tuesday.
