Areas of fog are developing over northern portions of eastern Kentucky where the rain is falling on lingering snow patches - generally along and north of the Mountain Parkway. In these locations, expect changing visibilities down to a quarter mile or less. If driving in fog, use low beam headlights, slow down, and leave plenty of distance between vehicles.
