SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH 564 REMAINS VALID UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN KENTUCKY THIS WATCH INCLUDES 4 COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY FLOYD KNOTT LETCHER PIKE THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF COAL RUN, ELKHORN CITY, HINDMAN, JENKINS, PIKEVILLE, PIPPA PASSES, PRESTONSBURG, SOUTH WILLIAMSON, WHEELWRIGHT, AND WHITESBURG.
