Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds will also be accompanied by lake effect snow showers, which will reduce visibility and make roads slick.

Winds gusting as high as 45 mph creating considerable blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...McKean and Warren Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of significant snowfall is expected Wednesday afternoon into early Thursday morning. Additional snowfall amounts could exceed 6" in northwest Warren and McKean counties.
