Visibility rapidly dropping to less than a quarter of a mile... 1 to 2 inches of quick snow accumulation... Motorists traveling on Interstate 90 and Route 2 will be affected. Locations impacted include... Painesville, Ashtabula, Conneaut, Chardon, Fairport Harbor, Geneva-On-The-Lake, Mentor, Willoughby, Eastlake, Geneva, South Russell, Madison, North Kingsville, Middlefield, Perry, Orwell, Burton, Andover, Timberlake, and Chesterland. Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this lake effect snow band. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads are likely to lead to accidents. Consider delaying travel until this snow band passes your location.

Youngstown, Warren, Salem, Columbiana, Boardman, Niles, Campbell, Hubbard, Canfield, Cortland, Newton Falls, Lordstown, Kinsman, Vienna Center, Hilltop, Maplewood Park, Bristolville, Leavittsburg, Austintown, and Struthers.
