In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across parts of central and east-central Wisconsin. For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wolf River at New London. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 10.1 feet, Floodwaters begin to cover portions of West Wolf River Avenue downstream of New London.
