In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Outagamie. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Extensive street flooding will also be possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen across parts of central and east-central Wisconsin. For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Wolf River at New London. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 10.1 feet, Floodwaters begin to cover portions of West Wolf River Avenue downstream of New London. Widespread lowland flooding is occurring from New London to Fremont. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 9.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 PM CDT Monday was 9.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0 feet Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
