About

Narrows Park sits on Greers Ferry Lake in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of north-central Arkansas, providing an ideal location for family camping, fishing, boating, and hiking. The campground offers 58 campsites, all with electric hookups, along with modern amenities including flush and vault toilets, hot showers, drinking water, a dump station, boat ramp, and picnic shelters. A marina is located nearby. The surrounding area features a dense mix of red cedar, black gum, red oak, elm, pecan, and sweet gum trees that provide shade during summer months and stunning fall colors in autumn. Wildlife is abundant, with white-tailed deer, wild turkeys, rabbits, squirrels, and numerous bird species commonly spotted throughout the area. Greers Ferry Lake spans over 30,000 acres and offers exceptional opportunities for boating, sailing, water skiing, swimming, scuba diving, and fishing. The area includes three National Nature Trails and a multi-purpose fitness trail for hikers. The William Carl Garner Visitor Center, located just west of the dam, features exhibits, a children's touch table, and a replica of the world record 40 lb. 4 oz. brown trout caught in the Little Red River.
