* WHAT...Heat index values up to 95. * WHERE...Portions of northern New York and central, northeast, northwest, and southern Vermont. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest heat index values will occur between 1 PM and 5 PM today. This is the third consecutive day of unusually hot conditions. As such, impacts will remain higher despite the slightly lower temperatures and heat index values.
