Northeastern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 124 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms. River gauges on Duck Creek and the Little Muskingum are in minor flood. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
