* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 45 below zero expected. * WHERE...Copper River Basin. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 11 AM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will once again drop to 40 degrees below zero or colder for much of the Copper River Valley. Temperatures will be a bit warmer across the northern Basin (including Paxson and the Tok Cutoff), but localized north to northeast winds gusting as high as 20 mph will lead to wind chills as low as 45 below zero.
