The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher elevations will be more prone to light ice and snow accumulations, especially east of Interstate 81. Temperatures will rise above freezing at lower elevations, with mainly wet roads.
