In southeast Wisconsin, Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, Walworth and Waukesha. * WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and some thunderstorms may move repeatedly over the same areas across far southern Wisconsin early this morning. This may bring another 1 to 2 inches of rainfall, with locally higher amounts possible.
