About

Zealand Campground is a small, intimate campground in the White Mountain National Forest's Pemigewasset Ranger District. Located conveniently along NH Route 302, just two miles south of Twin Mountain, this 11-site facility offers both open and partially wooded camping along the picturesque Ammonoosuc River. The campground provides easy access to the surrounding White Mountain National Forest recreation opportunities while maintaining a peaceful riverside setting. The campground includes basic amenities such as potable water and restrooms. Sites are $24 per night with an additional $6 per night for extra vehicles. Senior and Access pass holders receive a 50% discount. The campground is managed by Outdoor Recreation Hospitality under a special use permit from the USDA Forest Service, and reservations can be made through Recreation.gov or by calling the National Recreation Reservation Service.
