Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/iln. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Hocking River at Enterprise. * WHEN...Until Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water spills into Kachemacher Park in Logan and onto low-lying roads near Haydenville Road at some locations along the river. Also, water will be across State Route 93 just south of Logan. Lowland flooding also occurs in Rockbridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.2 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Responding officials and residents should remain vigilant tonight for lingering flooding of roads and low-lying locations. - In addition, the automated gauge on Sunday Creek at Glouster was in moderate flood with a stage reading of 16.2 feet and slowly cresting. At this stage several roads in Glouster are flooded including OH Route 13 near Glouster Memorial Park, West Main Street, South Town Street, and Oakdale Road. In Trimble, portions of Center Street and OH Route 13 are flooded. In Jacksonville, Palmer Street is flooded. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Much of the city of Athens is protected up to 26 feet by levees. In Nelsonville, the baseball field adjacent to Lake Hope Drive floods. At 21.0 feet, South Canaan Road and Township Road 605 in the vicinity of US Route 50 flood. Glen Ebon Road begins to flood. Hockhocking Adena Bikeway near West State Street begins to flood. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Morgan County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of the Muskingum River at and near McConnelsville is expected this afternoon and evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1219 PM EDT, The gauge at McConnelsville on the Muskingum River was reading 6.1 feet and rising. The river is forecast to crest near 7.5 feet this evening. Due to the recent dam replacement, the official flood stage is no longer representative of known impacts. Flooding of areas away from the gauge can be expected at lower stages. At stages of 7.5 feet, sections of Route 669 above Malta and other roads along the river being to flood. In addition, low-lying areas adjacent to the river, including recreational boat ramps, will also experience flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
