Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 737 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
