Waters from South Santee River SC to Savannah GA out 20 NM... * At 306 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This strong thunderstorm was located 8 NM northeast of Saint Helena Sound, moving east at 20 knots. Locations impacted include... Edisto Forty Reef, N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, Deveaux Bank, Edisto Sixty Reef, Kiawah Reef, Lowcountry Anglers, Saint Helena Sound and Pelican Bank.
