Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds will also be accompanied by lake effect snow showers, which will reduce visibility and make roads slick.

Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
