Whiteout conditions are expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-threatening.

Visibilities likely reduced to less than one quarter of a mile at times due to the combination of snow and blowing snow. * WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, and Southern Berrien Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low visibility will be possible from falling snow and gusty winds. Use caution while driving and increase your following distance. Cold temperatures combined with the gusty winds will produce wind chills of around 10 below on Monday. Be sure to bundle up if outside.
