* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. * WHERE...De Baca County and Chaves County Plains. * WHEN...Until 9 AM MST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility and patchy slick spots could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing fog has developed in the lower Pecos River Valley between Fort Sumner and Lake Arthur and across northeast Chaves County, including Elkins. This area of freezing fog will burn off mid to late this morning.

Snow Play Closure
