Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 445 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms produced resulted in 1.5 to 4 inches of rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rainfall through Tuesday night is expected to average from 1.0 to 1.5 inches across the watch area. However, there is the potential for isolated locations to receive an additional 2 to 3 inches.
