Little Blue River near Barnes affecting Marshall and Washington Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Blue River near Barnes. * WHEN...Until early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland agricultural flooding occurs from 15th Road and Zenith Road in Washington County to Waterville in Marshall County. At 17.0 feet, Farm field, 4.5 miles north of Barnes, on the west side of Highway 148 floods north of the river. At 19.0 feet, Farm field, 4.5 miles north of Barnes, south of the river and east of Highway 148 floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:17 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 11.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 17.5 feet early Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday afternoon. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

At 19.0 feet, Osage Road, located 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Washington, floods. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 26.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early Monday morning and continue falling to 3.3 feet Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
