Windsor
Special Weather Statement issued March 4 at 6:19AM EST by NWS Albany NY
The wintry mix has diminished across portions of eastern New York and western New England this morning. Patchy to areas of fog will continue reducing visibilities for the morning commute. Untreated roads and sidewalks will continue to be slick. Some areas of black ice are possible where wet ground has frozen. Use caution out on the roads this morning, as temperatures continue to be in the 20s to lower to spotty mid 30s.
Special Weather Statement issued March 4 at 6:05AM EST by NWS Boston/Norton MA
Residual moisture, light winds and the cold ground from our recent weather will be favorable for the formation of black ice this morning. This may also be accompanied by some freezing fog . Motorists traveling early Wednesday morning should allow extra time to reach their destination and be prepared for black ice. Untreated walkways and parking lots may also become very slippery for pedestrians. Temperatures should rise above freezing by mid- late Wednesday morning alleviating any black ice issues.
