Additional sleet accumulations up to one half inch and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...The Capital Region and mid Hudson Valley of eastern New York. * WHEN...Until 5 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will continue to impact the Tuesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain and sleet will continue this evening but will start to taper off tonight.
