* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Deep South Texas, including the following areas, Brooks, Cameron Island, Coastal Cameron, Coastal Kenedy, Coastal Willacy, Inland Cameron, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy, Jim Hogg, Kenedy Island, Northern Hidalgo, Southern Hidalgo, Starr, Willacy Island and Zapata. * WHEN...Through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Portions of Deep South Texas have already received 3 to 6 inches of rainfall over the last 48 hours.
