Visibility occasionally dropping to less than one quarter of a mile... Up to 1 inch of quick snow accumulation... Motorists traveling on Interstate 80, 76, and 680 should use caution. Locations impacted include... Youngstown, Warren, Salem, Columbiana, Boardman, Niles, Campbell, Hubbard, Canfield, Cortland, Newton Falls, Lordstown, Kinsman, Vienna Center, Hilltop, Maplewood Park, Bristolville, Leavittsburg, Austintown, and Struthers. Use extra caution if you must travel. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads may lead to accidents.
