* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 108 expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. A prolonged period of dangerously hot and humid conditions with little overnight relief is expected through the week, which will increase impacts to vulnerable populations.
