* WHAT...Lake effect snow and blowing snow expected. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Blowing and drifting snow, especially through mid afternoon today. Visibilities of less than one quarter of a mile due to snow and blowing snow are possible at times, with the greatest impacts expected along and north of the Toll Road. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph with the strongest gusts occurring this morning into midday. * WHERE...Eastern St. Joseph IN, Elkhart, Northern La Porte, and Western St. Joseph IN Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST /6 PM CST/ this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

* WHAT...Lake effect snow and blowing snow expected. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. Visibilities likely reduced to less than one quarter of a mile at times due to the combination of snow and blowing snow. * WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, and Southern Berrien Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Low visibility will be possible from falling snow and gusty winds. Use caution while driving and increase your following distance. Cold temperatures combined with the gusty winds will produce wind chills of around 10 below on Monday. Be sure to bundle up if outside.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 to 20 below zero expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana. * WHEN...From 7 AM EST /6 AM CST/ this morning to 9 AM EST /8 AM CST/ Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
