Additional sleet accumulation up to one half inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...The eastern Catskills, Helderbergs, Mohawk Valley and Schoharie Valley of eastern New York. * WHEN...Until 3 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will continue to impact the Tuesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain and sleet will continue this evening but will start to taper off tonight. All precipitation should be done by around or shortly after midnight.
