* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 31 below zero. * WHERE...Price, Ashland, Bayfield, Burnett, Douglas, Iron, Sawyer, and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the Bad River Reservation, the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band and the St. Croix Band in Burnett County. Other locations including the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore and Madeline Island. * WHEN...Until noon CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 31 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Other locations including Voyageurs National Park.
