Areas of fog will develop across the SC Lowcountry and Southeastern GA early this morning. The fog may become locally dense, reducing visibilities on area roadways. A Dense Fog Advisory may eventually be required.
Flood Warning issued March 2 at 7:23PM EST until March 6 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Charleston SC
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ogeechee River at Midville. * WHEN...From late tonight to Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, the access road into the River Bluff community in Midville floods. The lower portion of Johnson Road near Herndon is also flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 700 PM EST Monday, the stage was just shy of 6.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Tuesday morning to a crest of 6.2 feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
