* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, and northeast Wisconsin, including the following areas, in central Wisconsin, Marathon, Portage, Waushara and Wood. In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Kewaunee, Menominee, Outagamie, Shawano, Southern Oconto County and Waupaca. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of storms with very heavy rain could result in 2 to 4 inches of rain across the the watch area. At 1021 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 8 miles southwest of Green Bay to 7 miles southwest of Menasha, or extending from 8 miles southwest of Green Bay to 10 miles north of Oshkosh, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. The strong thunderstorm will be near... Appleton, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, Kimberly, Darboy, Northern Lake Winnebago, High Cliff State Park and Brillion around 1025 PM CDT. Bellevue around 1030 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by this strong thunderstorm include De Pere, Greenleaf, Holland, Askeaton, Neenah, Dundas, Ledgeview, Allouez, Lambeau Field and Greenville.

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portage County in central Wisconsin... Waushara County in central Wisconsin... Wood County in central Wisconsin... Northwestern Calumet County in east central Wisconsin... Winnebago County in east central Wisconsin... Brown County in northeastern Wisconsin... Northwestern Kewaunee County in northeastern Wisconsin... Outagamie County in northeastern Wisconsin... Waupaca County in northeastern Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 415 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1010 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. Based on expected additional rainfall overnight it is possible that Flash Flood Warnings may eventually be needed in portions of the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
