The lower portion of Johnson Road near Herndon is also flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 915 AM EST Tuesday, the stage was 6.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 6.2 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday evening. - Flood stage is 6.0 feet.
