Cattle in low lying areas should be moved to higher ground. Water approaches low lying roads on west side of river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 19.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 24.1 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
