For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wolf River at New London. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Up to a foot of water is surrounding structures along West River Drive in Fremont. Several inches of floodwater begins to cover portions of Burton Road near Pheifer Park. Water is approaching portions of West Wolf Avenue near New London. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 9.6 feet and leveling off. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.4 feet Friday morning. - Minor flood stage is 9.0 feet.
