The risk of sneaker waves and rip currents is decreasing, therefore the Beach Hazards Statement will be allowed to expire. Rip currents remain possible at all breaches with breaking waves. If caught in a rip current, swim parallel to shore to escape the current before swimming back to shore at an angle away from the rip current.
