Entrance Gate is open daily from 7:00am to 9:00pm HORSES: All horses must have a negative coggins test within the past 12 months & present Coggins papers at the entrance gate. The Old West Stables, located inside the canyon, offers guided rides through Timber Creek Canyon. A snack bar and souvenirs are available for your convenience. Reservations are required. Go East on Hwy 217 for 10 miles to the park entrance. From Lubbock: Take I 27 North to Hwy 217 exit 106 at Canyon. Go East on Hwy 217 10 miles to the park entrance.Booking Window Product InfoFee Cancellation DescNo-shows: If you do not check in at the park by noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date, we will cancel the rest of your reservation. Your entrance fees will be refunded, but all other fees will be forfeited. If you think you will arrive after the noon cutoff, call the park or the Customer Service Center to avoid cancellation.
