DAY USE FEE: $7 per day, per person 13 and older. OFFICE AND GATE INFORMATION: Gate Hours: 8am-10pm, daily. SWIMMING AND BOATING: No swimming/boating. Can't enter the water due to alligators in the park. OBSERVATORY INFORMATION: The George Observatory is operated by the Houston Museum of Natural Science. Tickets must be purchased in advance at https://www.hmns.org/george-observatory/admission/ . Entry into Brazos Bend State Park is not included with your ticket to the George Obsevatory. Day Passes may be reserved online anytime or at the park headquarters during operating hours. If you have any additional questions please contact us at 979-553-3400 or 979-553-5101. PARK PHONE NUMBER: 979-553-5101Important Information for Daily EntranceDirectionFrom Houston: Take US 59 south to Crabb River Road/FM 2759 exit. Turn left (East) onto FM 2759. Go about 2.5 miles. Continue through the intersection. Road changes name to FM 762 (South). Continue for 16.5 miles. Park is on the left-(Park is 19 miles from Crabb River Rd exit). Stay on 762 until you reach the park. From East Houston: Take US 288 South (Nolan Ryan Freeway) to Rosharon. Turn west onto FM 1462. Go 10 miles and turn north onto FM 762. Park is 1.5 miles on the right.Booking Window Product InfoFee Cancellation DescNo-shows: If you do not check in at the park by noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date, we will cancel the rest of your reservation. Your entrance fees will be refunded, but all other fees will be forfeited. If you think you will arrive after the noon cutoff, call the park or the Customer Service Center to avoid cancellation.
