Waterfalls, deep potholes, and eye-catching geologic features are everywhere along the deep, narrow Temperance River gorge. Take the Superior Hiking Trail through the gorge to Carlton Peak (el. 1,526 ft.) or fish one of the park’s designated trout streams.
