About
Graham Harbor Campground offers a true wilderness camping experience accessible only by boat on Lake Chelan within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. Located approximately 12 miles up-lake from the Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park boat launch, this remote boat-in campground sits on the south shore and provides excellent shelter from down-lake winds, though it offers no protection from up-lake winds. The campground features five campsites, seven tables, six fire rings, two vault toilets, and a shelter. A floating dock with capacity for ten boats provides convenient access. The sites are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved in advance. At $9 per night, campers should be prepared to pay with cash or check. There is no potable water available; campers must treat or filter water from Lake Chelan. A quarter-mile trail connects Graham Harbor to the adjacent Graham Harbor Creek Campground, offering opportunities for exploration beyond your campsite. This area experiences heavy use during peak season due to its protected harbor and scenic location on one of Washington's most spectacular lakes.
Directions
From Chelan, travel south on Highway 97A for 3 miles. Turn right onto Southshore Road and go approximately 17 miles to Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park. From the Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park boat launch, boat up-lake approximately 12 miles. Graham Harbor Campground is on the south shore.
