Summary
Chippewa Harbor Campground is a peaceful campground located on the south shore of Isle Royale National Park which provides access to the Indian Portage Trail. Boats can stay overnight at the dock, with a stay limit of 3 nights from June 1 – Labor Day annually. There are 4 shelters and the dock has a depth of 7 feet under normal conditions. Access to the campground is via foot, canoe, kayak or private boat.
