Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hocking Hills State Park, Starr, Laurelville, Tarlton, Gibisonville, South Bloomingville, Buena Vista in Hocking County, Ilesboro, Union Furnace and Whisler.

Northern Ross County in south central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 910 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Circleville, Kingston, Williamsport, New Holland, Logan Elm Village, Laurelville, Clarksburg, Adelphi, Pickaway County Airport, Andersonville, State Route 138 at US Route 22, State Route 207 at US Route 22, Austin and Hallsville.
