Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An additional 1 to 2 inches of rain with localized amounts up to 3 inches is possible from showers and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Flood stage is 880.0 feet.
