* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona... * WHEN...Until 1145 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 939 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Robles Wash, Los, Oro, Caada del, Big Wash, Indian Well Wash, Santa Cruz River, Chalk Creek, Rillito River and Guild Wash. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.8 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Oro Valley, Marana, Casas Adobes, Tortolita and Dove Mountain. - This includes the following highways... Route 77 between mile markers 75 and 79. Interstate 10 between mile markers 233 and 248. West and East Border Roads closed for public safety

All border roads a remain closed (the dirt roads directly along the border and all crossover roads leading from South Puerto Blanco Drive to the border) to all public vehicle and pedestrian traffic for public safety. South Puerto Blanco Drive remains open

Gachado Line Camp open. Southeast border road and access roads closed

El Camino De Dos Republicas remains open from SR85 to Gachado Line Camp. Dos Lomitas is not accessible. The southeast border road from Lukeville Port of Entry eastward to the Santa Rosa Mountains is closed to public vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
