* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...Kent. * WHEN...From 7 AM to 1 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads in coastal and bayside communities, and along inland tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible.
Sheriff's House Welcome Center Closed September 12
On Friday, September 12th the Sheriff's House Welcome Center, located in Historic New Castle, will be closed for the entire day. The building will re-open on Thursday, September 18th with normal operating hours 9:00AM - 4:30PM

Beginning Sunday, September 14th days of operation for the Sheriff’s House Welcome Center are shifting to Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM-4:30 PM.
