* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of south central New Mexico, including the following areas, East Slopes Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet, Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet and West Slopes Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet. * WHEN...Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rainfall have resulted in saturated conditions with scattered thunderstorms forecast for Wednesday. Storms will produce heavy rainfall in a short amount of time with much of the rainfall quickly becoming runoff.
