Given extent of rainfall, have decided to extend 3 hours to allow for further recession of standing water in the area of the warning. * WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Indiana, including the following counties, Cass IN, Fulton IN, Grant, La Porte, Marshall, Miami, Pulaski, Starke, Wabash and White. * WHEN...Until 830 PM EDT /730 PM CDT/. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 505 PM EDT /405 PM CDT/, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 3 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
