Sand Mountain: OHV riding requires a whip flag, 8ft from the ground, red or orange flag minimum of 6X12 inches and Utah registered. Available Campgrounds All campers must check out by 12 pm. Late checkout fees may apply if not out of the campsite by 12 pm. Westside Campground Full hookup sites $43.00/night Restrooms and showers available. Limit 1 vehicle with camper. Maximum of 1 additional vehicle to be charged $25.00/night. Sandpit Campground Partial hookup sites (water and electric) $40.00/night. (Max 2 vehicles per site) Dry campsites $30.00/night (Max 2 vehicles per site) Group standard site $100.00/night. This fee includes the first (4) vehicles. The group sites have a maximum limit of 16 vehicles (tow vehicle and camper) each charged an extra vehicle fee of $25/night per additional vehicle over the first 4 vehicles. Restrooms and showers included in camping fee. Primitive Campground Dry Sites $25.00/night Each individual vehicle is its own campsite CXT restrooms available. Showers are not included with primitive camping. Shower pass can be purchased at the Visitor’s Center. Lakeview Campground Full hookup sites $50.00/night Partial hookup sites (water and electric) $45.00/night. Restrooms and showers available. Reservation includes 1 vehicle with camper. Second vehicle charged $25.00/night. (Max 2 vehicles per site)Important Information for Daily EntranceDirectionFrom Interstate 15 take the Hurricane Exit (#16). Travel east on Hwy 9 for about four miles to Sand Hollow Road and turn right. Travel south for about three miles and turn left at the park entrance.Season Date DescOpen Year Round.Fee Cancellation DescCancellations are accepted online 24 hours a day, seven days a week or by calling the Reservation Call Center Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mountain Time) Individual site cancellations made four days or more in advance of your scheduled arrival incur an $8 cancellation fee in addition to the $8 reservation fee. Cancellations made less than four days in advance forfeit one night's fee in addition to the cancellation and reservation fees. Group area cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of your scheduled arrival incur an $8 cancellation fee in addition to the $10.25 reservation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance forfeit one night's fee in addition to the cancellation and reservation fees. Changes to an existing reservation can only be made by contacting the Reservation Call Center. Changes can be made up to two days prior to your scheduled arrival date and incur a $5 change fee per site.
