Brochure InfoA secluded 435-acre lake at the mouth of scenic Ferron Canyon awaits visitors who love a variety of activities.Brochure Info - OrientationMillsite Reservoir is part of the Ferron Watershed Project, a multipurpose water containment completed in 1970 with the combined efforts of several agencies. Before the dam was built, there was an old dam at the site to service a flourmill, hence the reservoir name.Brochure Info - RecreationMillsite State Park also offers access to excellent off- highway vehicle and mountain bike riding areas. Fishing is popular year-round. Visitors can also enjoy one of the most majestic golf courses in the State of Utah at the adjacent Millsite golf course. From picturesque desert views to a magnificent waterfall this course is sure to be a challenge and can make for one of the most entertaining rounds of golf you'll ever experience. Take State Route 6 to State Route 10 (Exit 241), then travel 40 miles south on State Road10 to Ferron. Go four miles west on Canyon Road.Season Date DescMarch 15th - October 31th.Fee Cancellation DescCancellations are accepted online 24 hours a day, seven days a week or by calling the Reservation Call Center Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Mountain Time) Individual site cancellations made four days or more in advance of your scheduled arrival incur an $8 cancellation fee in addition to the $8 reservation fee. Cancellations made less than four days in advance forfeit one night's fee in addition to the cancellation and reservation fees. Group area cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of your scheduled arrival incur an $8 cancellation fee in addition to the $10.25 reservation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance forfeit one night's fee in addition to the cancellation and reservation fees. Changes to an existing reservation can only be made by contacting the Reservation Call Center. Changes can be made up to two days prior to your scheduled arrival date and incur a $5 change fee per site.
